Fantastic customer service at Station Avenue, the best reception staff. I was helped by a very lovely lady named Julie. I came in for an injection and I was in a lot of stress and Julie took time to hold my hand and help me. I felt so much better with the kind words - Julie comforted me, she has the most beautiful smile. Thank you.

The staff at reception are always very helpful and understanding. The doctors have always dealt with me very well and listen. Helpful, empathy shown. The nurses are very good and reassuring.

Don't do blood tests. There must be a way to make this work, even if it's lobbying nationally about the costs of phlebotomy service and contracts. Staff are lovely in all areas. Parking - you have to get used to it. I now seem to be able to get appointments on the day. Could do with a lick of paint and colour change.

Have always been treated with respect and feel listened to. There is one thing, if your Dr is running late then the receptionist should inform those waiting.

Specific feedback to Fiona, the nurse. Puts my children at ease. My very shy daughter told me after consultation "I love Fiona, she is so kind". Wanted to pass on as it makes difficult medical situations so much easier. Also thanks to reception staff - always so helpful on the phone

I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful. Drs have always been very helpful and attentive with me and have taken time to check my records. I recall speaking recently to Dr Loretta and Dr Farmah. The only comment is the telephone waiting time at times is quite long. The nurses are always very pleasant and helpful.
