The doctor I saw was amazing, Dr Khan, very thorough. The receptionist was also wonderful, very friendly and helpful. However, I do have an issue with the appointment system and how difficult it is to make appointments.

The Dr (Dr Razia Khan) I saw was very thorough and keen to understand the cause of my problem not just treat the symptoms. She spent time to examine me properly and explore different possibilities. I also felt listened to, it was very reassuring

We always get appointments on the day we ring. The people on the phone are helpful. I did find all the separate follow ups for recent annual medication review a bit confusing.

Lovely members of staff at my local practice. Can't fault them they've listened to my concerns and directed me to the right departments I need to be seen by. Only negative is the waiting times for hospital appointments but I understand the NHS is struggling & this isn't my GP practices fault. Would like to say Julie the receptionist is lovely and down to earth. I'd also highly recommend Nurse Ashley, I've been seeing her regularly for wound dressings for diabetic ulcers. She's listened to my worries and done her best to make sure I heal as quickly as I possibiy can.

I was called yesterday by Reception to say they said from Heartlands that I need a training how to do emergency injection for adrenal crisis if he is u well because of long term steroid use of my son Kacper Sepczynski. She then told me she cant book it because the nurse is not trained, and said only emergency Department is trained, so why she call me? I think the nurses should have more training and also he has intervenous port so can they also do training how to access it? I live locally so where I can get help for my son in emergency? This is what gp is for isnt it? Its not about me but about 7 years old child

The doctor was very kind and explained the steps of cervical screening in detail. They also explained the outcome of the test. I was comfortable during the whole time. My appointment was on time.

Fantastic customer service at Station Avenue, the best reception staff. I was helped by a very lovely lady named Julie. I came in for an injection and I was in a lot of stress and Julie took time to hold my hand and help me. I felt so much better with the kind words - Julie comforted me, she has the most beautiful smile. Thank you.

Don't do blood tests. There must be a way to make this work, even if it's lobbying nationally about the costs of phlebotomy service and contracts. Staff are lovely in all areas. Parking - you have to get used to it. I now seem to be able to get appointments on the day. Could do with a lick of paint and colour change.

Specific feedback to Fiona, the nurse. Puts my children at ease. My very shy daughter told me after consultation "I love Fiona, she is so kind". Wanted to pass on as it makes difficult medical situations so much easier. Also thanks to reception staff - always so helpful on the phone

I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful. Drs have always been very helpful and attentive with me and have taken time to check my records. I recall speaking recently to Dr Loretta and Dr Farmah. The only comment is the telephone waiting time at times is quite long. The nurses are always very pleasant and helpful.
